Lo prometido es deuda: Aquí está el libro completo con las imágenes faltantes recuperadas (en algunos casos) y reemplazadas con otras en otros. la razón del mayor peso de esta versión en pdf, es debido a las imágenes incrustadas. Por lo general, para cumplir con el epígrafe de las figuras y con el texto del capítulo que habla acerca de esa figura, muchas veces no pude conseguir una sola foto o ilustración que represente lo mencionado en la explicación. Varias veces recurrí a ilustrar lo mejor posible con más de una foto, que según creo, alcanza el objetivo planteado en la figura. Sin caer en lo excesivo y redundante. Lo expuesto explica la razón del tamaño. No obstante, se alcanzó un pdf de buena calidad (según mi modesto criterio), está en Uds., estimados lectores, juzgar si está bien o mal. Sólo hice lo que pude con las herramientas que tenía a mano: internet, libros y artículos científicos (papers) para reconstruir algo muy dañado. Conste que nadie me lo pidió, lo hice porque vi la necesidad. Acá no hay ego. El material es de libre intercambio sin contraseña ni nada.
